About Honour Family
We are an independent Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy with two current locations Grafton and Woolgoolga – NSW. Honour BJJ strive to provide the most updated and advanced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu people can find in Grafton and the Coffs Coast area.
Our coaches are highly experienced and multiple times state champions. Our current focus is to provide our students with the best BJJ technique, but also guidance and support and other aspects of life as well. At Honour BJJ you’ll get what you are paying for and will have a fun and safe journey towards becoming a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Henry de Campos
Head Coach
Professor Henry is a black belt under professor Vicente Cavalcanti with over 16 years’ experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Professor Henry is also a 5th dan in Karate Shotokan and is completely dedicated to provide the best possible coaching with focus on discipline, resilience, persistency and student’s personal goals (BJJ for fun or competition high performance).
PATRICK ALLEN
Instructor
Coach Patrick Allen is one of professor Henry’s student. Path is dedicated instructor who loves to patiently share his knowledge with others, but also push those who focus on competitions. Path is always willing to share his knowledge and passion to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu by pushing himself to his best performance.
